Executive Director - Operations - Institutional Securities Division - Bank (15-20 yrs)
A leading global bank is looking for an Executive Director for their Institutional Securities Division in Operations to support their trading teams and clients, responsible for processing daily activities, developing and implementing new products and services, drive efficiency and risk mitigation.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Deal with stakeholders (BU/ Technology counterparts) for strategy and risk mitigation
- Run Operations as a business taking into account client service needs, cost-effectiveness and value add.
- Manages budget and the service delivery
- Functional focus on listed and clearing derivatives fees and commission people, processes and platforms inclusive of, but not limited to give up agreements, rates management and industry engagement
Qualifications / Skills :
- Minimum 15 years of work experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
