Executive Director/Head - Reporting & Analytics Services - Group Finance - Banking Captive

Looking for Executive Director - Head of Reporting & Analytics Services - Group Finance for an investment bank.

- supervise and run our Corporate Center CFO service delivery team in Pune

- maintain relationships with key stakeholders globally including onshore and offshore locations

- lead, mentor and support your teams to instill a challenge mentality with a strong client focus.

- design and implement cost efficient solutions that meet business needs from a risk reporting and decision support perspective

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

You have:

- a deep knowledge on cost management, P&L direct costs - total cost of ownership - service costs allocations, forecasting, planning, analysis

- a clear understanding of global processes

- experience of working in a similar organizational structure with a number of onshore and offshore contact points

- experience working with senior leadership teams on commercially sensitive matters
