JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY : - The Executive Director (Finance) / Executive Vice President (Finance) is overall in charge of Finance and Accounts of the organization and is responsible for evolving and formulating policies relating to finance and accounts as well as implementation thereof. - The position will report to the MD & CEO of the Company. - The candidate should be a dynamic and seasoned professional who should have stellar track record in building, growing and managing businesses successfully, preferably in financial sector, with high sense of personal and corporate integrity. Qualification & Experience - The incumbent should be a Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant / MBA with specialization in Finance with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. - The incumbent should have minimum experience of 20 years. Applicant should have managerial experience at a senior level in Corporate Financial - Management and Accounts including Cost and Budgetary Control, Institutional Finance, Working Capital Management, Resource Raising, Debt including External Commercial Borrowing and external relationships in debt & equity markets. in preferably a large NBFC/Banking sector reputed listed entity. Note: Based on her/his performance there exists possibility of further elevation to the next level.
