Executive Director COO/Business Management- Group Technology India

Group Technology India - COO

- Working for the Head of APAC technology and joins the Group Technology MC for India

- Leading the execution of technology and people initiatives as part of our 3-year strategic plan

- A lead of the site operations supporting the Technology workforce in India

- Lead and management of overall risk, continuity, external supplier relationships, performance and financial management for Group Technology in India

Key Responsibilities:

- This position is for an Executive Director level - Technology - Chief Operating Office.

- Proficiency in the diverse range of Technology, Operations and Business Management with recognized ability to develop strategies, builds new businesses, restructure operations and implement organizational change (people, process, and technology).

- Assimilate data and analysis to help the organization develop a comprehensive plan for resource and spend management.

- Create a governance model and identify all stakeholders and work with them to create strategic, operational, tactical teams for execution and monitoring the strategy.

- Engage with vendors and organize quarterly business reviews of our strategic vendors.

- Define and publish a calendar, set-up quarterly meetings, coordinate logistics, distribute/manage agenda, and facilitate each meeting to track progress.

Skills Required :

- Professional with a career reflecting strong leadership abilities coupled with "hands on" experience in a diverse range of software projects.

- Experience in executing workforce or similar organization-wide strategies.

- Project / Program management experience.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as the role involves a high amount of interaction with senior management within and across multiple divisions including business, technology, sourcing teams, global workforce teams Firm Control organizations (e.g. Compliance & Legal).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of management reporting concepts.

- Comfort working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues.
