Maximum Compensation: 1Cr (Open to discussion)
Experience Required: 12 to 18 years
Working Days: 5 days/week
Role & Responsibilities:
- This is a leadership role which stretches across all of our service offerings specific responsibilities include
- Defines the conceptual logic and the 10X level of Design/CX at Jio.
- Leads the creative force across all areas and ecosystems.
- Responsible for the creative continuously development of the Experience / Design System of Jio.
- Manages the round table with the creative leads towards ONE Jio.
- Responsible to build up each new business in the same way for scalability.
- Responsible for tomorrows democratizing of Design at all where India and the world will build Jio Products and the Design System and the developer platform will be merged to one "Legosystem".
Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate should have managed a complete outstanding design system.
- Should be tech oriented.
- Ideally an Industrial Designer with service design experience because of the ability to think complex systems end2end and merge finally digital and analog towards Service and Experience.
