Executive - Capital Market Operations - NBFC

Profile: Looking for a oprrations personnel versed in capital market operations, process management, stock reconciliation, liaison with corporate clients, portfolio management, settlements, MIS, and process management

Skills:

- To supervise day to day deliverable of the process/sub-process assigned.

- Gathered understanding of corporate actions, settlements to provide more value to work.

- Act as a first level escalation contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Managing reconciliations in the Portfolio Operations team.

- Maintained full responsibility of reconciliations of cash and positions vs. custody records for various investment types on behalf of client. This includes monitoring reconciliations done by team.

- On-boarding & Setting up of New Clients / Brokers for Financial Services Operations & Functions

- Working in conjunction with managed Accounts Operations Manager to communicate and achieve internal organizational and divisional goals.

- Ensuring proper Investment data like corporate actions, Equity & derivative trades, Mutual Funds and Treasury are captured in the proper books.

- Maintaining the tracker for all Corporate Action, taking place on daily basis in the market. 

- Preparation of the Trade Sheet for the Trades done by the Traders. 

- Work on daily settlements Cash Flows (Inflows & Outflows) for all the prime brokers.

- Performing on position and cash recon for resolving position / Cash break prior to client or internal department.

- Identifying training requirements and ensuring proper training and deployment of the software platform to team members.

- Maintain SOP's in the process and ensure all changes are being captured diligently with appropriate version controls. Escalate to the management if deviations in the process are noticed.

- Driving the Automation process in current Organization to accomplish better bandwidth within the team.
