Role : Generate leads / prospects to increase the top-line

Qualification : B. Tech / MBA Marketing

Experience : 2 - 4 years in Business Development (Engg. Services/Solutions Business)

Product Domain : Automotive, Heavy Engg., Farm equipment, Appliances, Rails, etc.

Candidate Preference : Female

Responsibilities :

- Generate new leads through Cold calls, LinkedIn and Digital medium

- Send introduction emails and do the follow-up for meeting & generating business.

- Travel and meet potential customers to pitch in our offerings & generate RFQs.

- Articulate customer requirements to the delivery manager.

- Build strong relationship with customer.

- Update the database of prospects by analyzing the potential markets periodically.

- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Essential Skills :

- Must be good in Engineering Services/Solutions business like Reverse & Re engineering, Product design, 2D manufacturing drawings, CAE simulations, etc.

- Strong in Cold calling, LinkedIn and other Digital medium for Lead generation.

- Must be aggressive with 'can do' attitude for generating the business.

- Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT & Project).

- Must have multi-domain experience for handling different products.

- Strong in organizing, planning, controlling and executing the projects.

- Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined and financial focused with the ability to work in demanding targets.

- Must be excellent in communication, Teamwork and Interpersonal relationship.

- Must be excellent in customer handling.

Desired Skills :

- Knowledge in basic Mechanical Engineering.

- Basic knowledge in Strength/Structural, Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH), Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Mold Flow simulations/analyses.

- Application of CAE Tools: LS-DYNA, ADAMS, HyperWorks & Mold Flow

- Application of CAD Tools: CATIA V5, SolidWorks, NX Design & Creo
