- Understand the concept of Coaching, training, Certification and Human transformation based on the research based framework of India Coaching Federation (ICF)

- Interact with people who are willing to become a Coach, trainer and human transformation leaders and enroll them for our Coaching and Certification Program.

- Interact with L&D and CHRO for our various research based corporate training program which can deliver 100% guaranteed result.

- Coordinate with corporate executives and Business owners and explain how this concept can help transforming and resolve their Life, Career, business and relationship.

- Planning and conducting workshops and demonstration session to various groups of people and helping them discover and resolve their challenges.

- Visit peoples, Education Institute or Corporate Clients as and when required.

- Understands different Peoples empowering, Transformation and Counselling services, and going forward be well versed with India Coaching Federation (ICF) framework of Leadership development and training.

- Passion for interacting with people at different level and influence them with your communication and interpersonal skill.

- Passion for Coaching, Human Empowerment and Transformation and looking forward to build a career in this field to become a Coach.

- Postgraduate/Certification in the field of Humanity, Psychology, M.Sc./ M.A Psychology or

- Diploma/Certification in Humanity, Human transformation and Leadership Development

- Good Communication skills

- Need to have good flair in written communication.
