Our client seeks Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Incumbent is expected to support the day-to-day work of the MD and his decision making through data analytics to ensure smooth running of commercial operations. This role reports directly to MD. We seek a candidate with experience of 10+ years. Incumbent must possess Management post-graduation with a decent pedigree. Following are the roles and responsibilities of the role - To coordinate for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews for MD office with all stakeholders - To support in budgeting and forecasting, Planning and Monitoring - Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director's diary. - Document minutes of all meetings as directed by the Managing Director - Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business - Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. - Reporting and MIS - Sales and Revenue Analysis - Arranging travel and accommodation for the Managing Director as per need in coordination with Travel Desk. - New Projects: Design, Implement and Monitor projects undertaken as a part of MD office - Market Surveys: Use of Information/Data, provide a conclusion based on information available - Planning: Develop an overall plan of action and set appropriate goals, taking into account both immediate and future needs - Monitoring / Managing Information: Efficient and effective MIS for the Managing Director. - Back-end Support: Presentations, Speeches and other preparatory material in advance of meetings, conferences, seminars, tours etc - Communication Flow: Adequate and effective communication from and to the Managing Director Keep appropriate individuals informed about relevant activities, information, or developments in a timely manner.
