Executive Assistant To President - FMCG/Automotive

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The position would have intense interactions internally with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Managing Directors Office, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions team.

- The external relationship management would include interaction with Consultants, Media, Foreign delegates etc

- The Purpose of the role is to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Presidents office and project manage key strategic projects for the sector

- Assist in executing PR Plan. Lead the preparation for External & Internal communications

- Ensure readiness for all regular meetings / reviews / board meetings / analyst meetings

- Support President in tracking balance score card for the business and ensure smooth execution of projects arising of the same

- Support President in mergers and acquistions related matters

- Effective planning and management of President calendar.

- Assist in budgeting activities for the sector

Experience: Minimum 10 years minimum experience with a significant exposure in technology, strategy and operations. The individual should have had an exceptional career growth.

Industry: FMCG / Automotive / Consulting

Qualification: MBA from premier institute
