- Working closely with the President on all the business verticals of the organization - Assisting President in reviewing and analyzing various project reports, preparing proposals and/or market research work assigned by the President. - Assisting President in analysing regular MIS and other operational reports. Preparation of MIS, Reports etc. - Assisting President in budget preparation, financial planning and budget reviews of different departments. - Making strong follow up with all the HODs relating to any deviations to processes/ standard and report to President. - Liasioning and follow up with all the respective offices, plant and business locations for required information and reporting to President. - Preparation of minutes of the meeting and strong follow up on action points from the direct reportees of President &amp; other managers. - Conserve Presidents time by reading, researching, and&nbsp; collecting and analysing information; producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings; initiating telecommunications. - Judiciously Composed and distributed inter-departmental memorandums (e-mail, documentary and voice) ensure timely delivery and maintained top confidentiality in communication process. - Conduct daily meetings with the President to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests - Expert hand in using of all modern gadgets for maintaining all international contacts in assisting the MD as and when required. - Proper maintenance and updation of important presentations and profiles on regular basis. - Control and coordinate &amp; serve as a liaison with other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues. SKILLS: - Good numerical and analytical skills. Strong expertise in Excel. Can prepare large complicated Excel spreadsheets - Very good presentation and report preparation skills. Good communication and command over English. - Good presentation skills and Power-Point competency. - Self driven. Result orientation under limited supervision, - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) as well as various database applications and ERP. - Extensive experience of working on MIS, Budgeting, Sales planning, Target Setting Process, Formal &amp; Informal Training, Qualitative and Quantitative data collation and Audits. - Experienced in bookkeeping. - Exceptional level of professionalism of service to customers and internal colleagues. - Unsurpassed organizational and streamlining skills as well as time management skills.
