- Coordination on behalf of MD, process analysis, project reporting, financial evaluation, communication and D2D running of MDs office
- Intelligent interaction with internal business heads as well as bankers, international customers, business partners, suppliers etc
- Business planning, MIS and analysis of all business & financial parameters
- Research on business possibilities, industries, companies, capital markets etc
- Commercial interpretation of all business and functional activities
- Deep interaction with factories
- Continuous 2 way communication & presentations to stake holders
- All rounder with healthy mix of project & processes experience; gradually move to independent decision making; tech savvy, strong written communication
- Willing to travel, intelligent, smart, lot of common sense & its application
- Capable of growing to VP in 5 years, capable of carrying office with him
- Help MD launch international brand
- Should be ego-less, willing to get hands dirty, down to earth guy, work without infrastructure
- Not from large structured company [Future Group, Birla]
