Executive Assistant to MD/CEO-Bangalore (Finanace Company)


Candidate with strong analytical skills :

1. Good on Strategies The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.


- The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

- Drive the strategic business planning and result tracking end-to-end. Provide inputs on strategy and plans, provide analytical support, and create and review spreadsheets.

- Manage the various critical projects and programs across all the divisions on behalf of the CEO.

- Participate in and actively contribute to the annual budget preparations.

- Researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.

2. Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

3. Representing the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.

4. Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

5. Maintaining customer/client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

6. Completing projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.

7. Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information.

8. Secure information by completing data base backups
