MIS reports &amp; summary,review of HOD. Ability 2 independently handle day2day MD's task - Good communication, follow up of reports of HOD post MIS - Coordinate with MD for his day to day activities. - Prepare 2 years / 5 Years Business Strategy in changing Business Cycle &amp; discuss with MD - Coordinate with business unit heads for business performance against business plan/ annual targets. - Preparation and review of all major capital &amp; revenue expenditure items &amp; recommend for MDs Approval. - Organize &amp; ensure weekly department review highlighting critical issues for MDs reference &amp; consideration. - Coordinate and analyze monthly production, execution &amp; maintenance targets &amp; highlight major deviation if any for MDs Approval. - Closely work with Marketing &amp; Finance department for projected inflow and outflow.&nbsp;
