- Assist the MD overall corporate strategy formulation, change management process, and finalization of annual -operating plan ensuring a structured approach to yearly target setting
- Studying Analysing and presenting key MIS reports for Management review.
- Market Research on upcoming trends, opportunities, competitors
- Studying & improvising the Operation processes of the company.
- Analyzing data and modifying the existing marketing strategy
- Noting the minutes of all the important meetings of MD and making action items out of them
- Driving the strategic initiatives of the company as per the MD's agenda
- Doing relevant market research in the company's business area in terms of finding potential customers, partners, and - competitors and carving out the GTM strategy
- Competitor's assessment, development of service line-wise long term strategy, market research, and data analysis from various databases to assist the director in strategic decision making
An ideal candidate would be :
BE + MBA from premier institutions with over 4 years experience preferably in Supply Chain/ Logistics / Ecommerce industries
