Executive Assistant To Managing Director - APAC Region (10-15 yrs)

- Comprehensive duties in support of the Managing Director, board and senior management team.

- Lead special projects from MD office

- Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for visitors etc.

- Take responsibility for administration of the local office in India.

- Act as HR SPOC of team APAC

- Manage the leave and reimbursements for the local team in APAC

- New employee on-boarding

- Service the board including the production of agendas, minutes and key papers.

- Document minutes of all meetings as directed by the Managing Director.

- Work with the communications team to maintain and develop databases and mailing lists to ensure they are always current and up to date.

- Play a key role in the formatting and presentation of corporate materials and documents.

- Maintaining the company's records including personnel files.

- Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director's Work.

- Dealing with the Managing Director's post and correspondence.

- Support him with all documentation and analysis for regular operations conduct, sales conduct and review meetings.

Requirements/ Qualifications: Applicants must be able to demonstrate understanding, experience and ability as follows:

Essential

- You will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role at a comparable level in a company & Business Operations understanding

- Have the understanding of requirements and implications of working with a Managing Director.

- IT literacy; experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software etc.

- Excellent administration and secretarial skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Maintaining high level of confidentiality

- Good networking, organizing and social skills with a high level of multi-cultural understanding

- Willing to travel (upto 25%) - domestic and occasionally international Desirable

- An understanding of the statutory responsibilities of running a company.

- Understanding of HR function and a natural inclination to move towards a business partner role

- Experience of companies that work in partnership as well as competition.

- Event organization

- Mobile geographically
