Executive Assistant To Logistics & Supply Chain Head - Cement Business (3-6 yrs)

- To assist Head of Logistics and Supply Chain as an Executive Assistant with 3-6 years of supply chain experience.

- Should have excellent business writing and communication skills.

- Should have understanding of Cement business

- Preferred performing candidate willing to take a minimum 3-4 years stint as Executive Assistant.

Key Account Management:

- Build long term customer relationship with all key stakeholders (purchase, stores & finance) through CRM with the objective to leverage growth and smooth operations.

Business Delivery:

- Ensure increase in share of business by identifying opportunities to service at Pan India location.

Market Strategy :

- Devise the market strategy based on customer feedback, consultants and new projects to recommend the markets, capacity enhancement and quantity requirement.

Market Intelligence:

- Monitor competitive activities including new Logistics & Supply Chain practices and close interaction with key stake holders.

Partnering with customers & value added services:

- Organize training programs.

- Provide value added services like bulk delivery, inventory management etc.

Revenue Plan and Budgeting:

Make yearly forecasts based on cement consumption pattern and projects on anvil.

Coordination :

Coordinate with IT, Logistics and C&F teams for order processing based on criticality of order.
