Executive Assistant, Gurgaon, India

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the General Manager.

What you will be doing:

- Provide day-to-day strategic support to the GM which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc.

- Work on special projects as requested, which might require making in-roads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, etc.

- Ability to exercise independent & proactive decision-making, working in a manner that displays a highly adaptable work style, & especially open in expecting, accepting & implementing feedback and direction.

- Attending key leadership meetings and taking minutes. In conjunction with the leaders, create agendas for these meetings, drive key actions, follow up with constituents, and circulate minutes

- Be the liaison person between the Regional Teams and Head Office teams. Live and always uphold the organization's values.
