FastCollab is a travel technology company. We develop a suite of travel technology products for faster collaboration between corporates, employees, and travel management companies. Our mission is to solve the day-to-day corporate travel-related challenges using innovative technology solutions.

FastCollab is looking for a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail-oriented, and great at multitasking and prioritizing. As EA to the Founders, the incumbent will be working on things of organizational importance. Working with other leaders and cutting across layers, you have to ensure that the Founders- directives are implemented in the best possible manner and they are aware of the pulse of business all the time.

Job Description :

- Provide Decision Support to Founders

- Keep track of strategic compliance for the smooth running of products

- Review of reports of various functions to provide feedback, suggestions, highlights and decision enablers to the Founders

- Complete pre-work for meetings and set agenda for interactions

- Follow up on leaders directives and ensure close-loop on action items

- Evolving the framework and design of presentations and other communication

- Work Across Departments / Teams

- Liasion among teams - Technology, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Recruitment, Finance and others

- Defining KPIs and tracking performance indicators for each team

- Business Analysis and Problem Solving

- Identify market opportunities either based on stated customer needs or based on perceived market demand

- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling based on information coming from various teams like Sales, After-Sales

- Drive feasibility studies of new ideas and projects

- Program / Project / Team / Release Management

- Work closely with leads to develop and deliver products, in an agile environment

- Effort estimation, project planning, work allocation and tracking of the work

- Put comprehensive governance structure in place, determine cadence

- Manage product feedback, including enhancements and reported bugs

- Work with the development team to implement a product backlog

- Continue to assess market competitiveness of the product against changing competitive landscape as well as market expectations/ needs

- 3rd Party / Vendor Management

- Work closely with the product delivery vendors to deliver the product against its roadmap

- Co-ordinate for mitigating issues and rolling out project plans smoothly

- Maintain a relationship with the existing vendors and new vendors/suppliers

Key Qualifications We're Looking For:

- MBA (from Tier I B-School)

- 24x7 availability

- Must have strong analytic skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making

- Proven ability to make smart trade-offs on time-to-market versus features

- The successful candidate must be a self-starter

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

- Strong time management skills

- Good communication skills

- Familiarity with market research, consumer- behaviour and marketing techniques

- Get- It- done mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile
