Executive Assistant To Executive Director

- Work closely with Deputy CEO for Business related reasons & assist, help and deliver for Business Presentations

- Provide support for designing business strategy, and creating and managing operational plans & to provide /research ground materials/literature on various Business related matters

- Ensuring satisfaction of external customers by continually monitoring operational effectiveness and by personal interaction with customers and making branches to act on the customer feedback on need for improvement.

- Should be able to build excellent relationship with internal Leadership team and understand their priority and satisfy them with excellence

- Data Analytics role: Should be able to generate reports and support them with recommendations. Strong financial acumen to manage business growth and opportunities

- Execution of Business IQ to understand expectation of internal members of organisation and external customer would be ideal player for this role

- Should have experience in Managing ambiguity and have proven records to overcome those challenges

- Individual contributor role
