Executive Assistant To Director Technical Assistant - Civil Infra Division - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (8-15 yrs)

Expectations from the Position:

- To Support the Executive Director (ED) of the Business in day-to-day operations and to coordinate with all the HODs, various departmental heads and cross functional teams

- Preparation of MIS data, Business analysis and intelligence reports, corporate profiles, investors presentations, review presentations for senior leadership team, social media content and creative's, quarterly and monthly communications

- Maintaining actionable business intelligence by performing competitor analysis, evaluating the Industry Landscapes, market research and Leveraging Latest Technology to enhance business processes

- Coordinating with the project sites to streamline various reports and maintain uniformity in those reports. Wherever applicable performing data analysis on those reports for insights and business decisions

- Ensuring implementation of the actions of the Management Reviews, MPRs, EHS & QMS Audits, Quarterly reviews and Planned Site visits

- Exploring new business verticals, segments for revenue generation

- To prepare and update the master database of projects with every miniscule detail required for Prequalification's, Registrations and Business Development activities

Job Description:

1. Data Analysis: Involved in data analysis for functional and organizational data using a combination of digital and critical thinking skills. Carefully evaluates financial data and creates reports that identify areas of concern or opportunity for the Infrastructure division

2. Business Research: Perform frequent and rigorous research on key Business topics both internally and externally to identify organization's fitment to strategic frameworks, establish industry trends, and collect benchmark data

3. Information Preparation: Analysis would be involved in preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution. This may include writing letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating presentations, writing reports, transcribing dictation, editing, proofreading and other information preparation duties.

4. Project Management: Overseeing key projects from Director's office. Responsibility and accountability for meeting the assigned project goals within the timelines. Conceptualize programs and then coordinate and facilitate their implementation by working closely with the Business Units and Corporate Functions.

5. Meeting Management: Facilitate/coordinate various management forums and follow-up with various executives, stakeholders towards timely closure of action items. End to end responsibilities from protocol management to follow-up of action items from management office. Highlight areas of concern, risks which may hinder smooth operations of management meetings. Amplify weak signals and channelize issues and escalations as and when needed and presenting to Board of Director

6. Communication Liaison: Manage the flow of information to members of the leadership team & other stake holder. Summarize reports and memos that are received before passing the information on to the leadership team members.

7. Aiding in creation of financial and operational parameters for tracking of various initiatives and projects

Skill set required:

- Education: BE/ME + MBA from Tier-1 Institutes

- Experience: 8-15 Years

- Proven hands on experience in Business Management, Project Monitoring and Coordination, Corporate Planning and Strategy, Revenue Planning and Budgeting, Implementation of Business Practices and Processes.

- Strong exposer in Budgeting/ Cost Estimations/ Tendering/ Scheduling/Resource Planning/ Contractual Drafting/ Dispute Management/ Corporate Presentations/Strategic Planning.

- He/She should must have in depth knowledge @project parameters and personality so that He/She can review the work and act accordingly
