Job Description
- Providing support by data collection, report analysis and offering key insights.
- Support in business analysis and strategic planning.
- Monitoring and driving change management initiatives at the organizational level
- Generating reports and presentations
- Integrate and work closely with all teams / service lines to ensure smooth running and generate monthly MIS and review meetings
- Working on special projects (market intelligence)
- Other duties as assigned from time to time in and out of office.

- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and adapt to changes
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners
- Robust analytical skills.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
