You will be responsible for supporting the Operations team and directly assisting the Operations Director on multiple projects, preparing research-related material and a range of critical issues to support the decision making for him and other senior executives. You would also be responsible for participating in senior-level discussions related to organizational strategy and business issues as they arise. Responsibilities: - Prepare briefing materials for the Operations Director on a range of critical business issues to support the decision-making for him/ her and other senior executives - Supporting the Operations Director in addressing her day-to-day priorities, providing both proactive and responsive assistance - Playing an active role on special projects, assigned by the Operations Director; - Briefing the Operations Director ahead of key meetings - Proactively supporting the Operations Director with data and key insights to make informed decisions by use analytics to drive business decisions. - Building Presentations capturing the broad messaging that needs to be delivered to business stakeholders in key meetings. - Participating in senior-level discussions related to organizational strategy and business issues as they arise. - Liaising with and providing guidance to colleagues ahead of internal meetings with the Operations Director. - Working closely with senior colleagues, including the leadership team of operating companies and other members of the Operations Team. - Conceptualizing and implementing a CoE model for Operations capabilities out of India - Developing content for Thought Leadership articles and industry conferences through research (qualitative /quantitative) on the topic identified. Requirements : - MBA (in Operations preferably) from Tier 1 Institute with 3 to 4 yrs of experience in a Generalist/ Project management role or preferably in a PMO strategy at CEO office (Executive Assistant ) profile in a Strategy Consulting firm. - Strong project management experience managing the entire project life cycle( preferable strategy or transformation-related projects). - Adept in managing the relationship with stakeholders prior experience indirectly assisting a senior executive in the Operations team. - Prior experience in making PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel and Database management. - Excellent planning, organizing, negotiation, and influencing skills. - A proactive personality with excellent communication skills written and oral both and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact effectively with senior executives What is in Store for You? - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company - A high-performance culture with phenomenal career progression.
