Executive Assistant To Director - Chemicals/Manufacturing Firm (4-5 yrs)
Position - Executive assistant to director
Number of Vacancies - 2
Age Range - Minimum age should be 30;
Preferably - married and settled person
Sex - Male (Preferred)/ Female
Education - B.E./ B.Tech with MBA (Finance/ Marketing) preferred
- Hence more stable and does not look for frequent change. Would prefer a young male person with financial acumen who is interested in a long term career with a growing organization.
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken english is a must. He/ she should have very strong communication skills and should be technically savvy
Location - Kolkata Head Office
Job Profile :
- Assist the Director in his day to day affairs, evaluating new projects works, liasoning with all internal and external stakeholders, should be involved with other business development tasks.
- Candidate should have commercial acumen as work will involve dealing with new vendors, analysing new projects, making comparison charts for procurement, travel with Director for business trips as needed
Other Remarks :
- We would prefer candidates coming from Engineering & Finance/ Project Handling background. Outstation candidates (particularly from Pune, Mumbai, Gujarat) need to be tapped too.
- Good English is a must since the work involves dealing with international customers, suppliers and other agencies. Further the candidate has to be very computer savvy, especially on the internet.
