JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Management Information System (MIS) Reporting : - Responsible for developing a strategy and framework for robust MIS reporting, aiding in improved decision making and operational efficiency. - Responsible for collecting, validating and collating data into meaningful and accurate MIS reports. (E.g. P&L, Sales trends, Budget vs Actuals, expenditures, Variance analysis). - Maintain reports and data for the purpose of reference and audit. Market analysis : - Conduct market analysis and research on the reach of product in the market and its impact on profitability. - Evaluate the performance of existing products of the company in the market, in relation to the competition and suggest measures to improve the same. Data analytics : - Capture all types of data related to business for data backed decision making. - Perform regular data quality checks. - Design and maintain data metrics for business and support functions of the company. Inter departmental co-ordination : - Collecting different types of data from different departments/ BUs to present to the Apex committee. - Provide technical training and support to the departments for managing data, in terms of implementation of technologies, systems, software etc. - Provide timely updates to the Apex committee, CEO and COO on the data collected from the departments. - Presenting the collected and mined data in meetings. - Collate and maintain a tracker for key action plans/projects across the functions and support COO/CEO in periodic review of milestone progress Self-Development : - Develop and enhance skills and capabilities to successfully handle current and future job/ role REQUIREMENTS : Education: Under graduation in any specialisation with a Master's degree in Business Management. Any course/certification in Data and business analytics is desirable. Job Related Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience. Business Understanding: Industrial application of pro-biotic e.g. Textiles, Paper & Pulp, water treatment, waste management, hospitality etc. Dynamics of internal and external business environment. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): - Ability to read, write and speak in English & Hindi; speak in regional language. - Must be good with numbers and data handling. - Experience and knowledge handling advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau and data mining tools.
