We have an opening with on of our client from the retail industry for the role of a EA to Coo

Experience : 6 + years

Location : Worli

Working days : 2nd and 4th Saturday off

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for assisting the COO on key initiatives and programs, designed to increase the operational efficiencies, reduce costs, complete understanding of P&L and increase overall organizational growth

- Coordinating and summarizing weekly/monthly reviews of the COO with various cross functional teams

- Responsible for the budget planning of the operations team

- Design & develop a brand new concept simplifying tracking of key parameter across the stores to give a singular consolidated view.

- Managed the reporting of Platinum Standards across the stores, designed to improve in store customer experience

- Designed and implemented a process and system of mapping the stores stock holding capacity, which is now being used for purchase planning and inventory management across the organization end to end Governance of the retail business development

- Designed and developed processes for site selection, ROI, internal approvals & HOTP, to increase productivity and for accurate reporting

- Reduced operating cost by renegotiating
