Executive Assistant To Commercial Head - Healthcare

EA to Commercial Head (one level down to MD)

- Looking from Tier 1/2 only from Pharma or healthcare sector

- We are hiring for the profile of EA to Commercial Head for one of the pioneers in healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Works closely and effectively with the head to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

- Assist with relevant and timely data / updates to head ensuring effective utilization of his time during meetings and reviews

- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings.

- Facilitates cross-divisional coordination.

- Generating various MIS for the head as and when required.

- Coordinating with the various departments for various MIS

- Support the leadership team in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets, and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners.

- Candidate should be smart, sharp, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Should be able to contribute to the strategy table.
