LOOKING FOR IIM/ISB PASSOUTS/ FROM 2016/2017 BATCH  For Finance role.  Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function - Must be done)  a. Lead key initiatives under the CMD's purview, undertake project management activities and represent the MD in certain audits and reviews on a periodic basis, thereby driving organizational improvement.   b. Monitor company's operational performance and raise issues that requires CMDs attention  c. Define and drive the company's strategic objectives and initiatives and give insights to the Top Management on company's functioning  d. Develop an MIS that gives the overall health of the company for the CMD to take decisions on key and pressing areas  e. Provide qualitative inputs before meetings and reviews and be a part of crucial meetings with key stakeholders, external influencers and senior executives  f. Interact with people outside the company and give feedback to the CMD on the queries raised and get back to them with his decision   g. Analyze data, both internal and external, and put across key information of the various developments across the industry both national and international as well as competitors information to the CMD  Secondary Responsibility (Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities  a. Update the CMD on his calendar of key meeting with both internal and external stakeholders  b. Seek information from various functions including the factories to present to the Top management  c. Suggest improvements wherever required for increased efficiency  d. Maintain utmost confidentiality under all circumstances
