Executive Assistant - Chief of Staff ( Only from IIM A, B, C L )


About Client : Our client is a 1000 Employee HR Tech company, They have recently completed a acquisition.

Responsibilities :

- Business Analysis and Problem Solving

- Analysis of business opportunities in the Risk mitigation space

- Identifying opportunities for new product creation, cross-sell or up-sell based on information coming to CEO office from various teams - Sales, Key Accounts or Client Servicing

- Program Manager or personally drive feasibility studies of new ideas and projects

- Program Manager or personally drive Market benchmarking on business models, strategies etc

- Provide Decision Support to CEO

- Review of reports of various functions to provide feedback, suggestions, highlights and decision enablers to CEO

- MIS & Analytics Management for the organization at the Business level

- Evolving the framework and design of presentations and other communication

- Be a Single Point of Contact for the CEO's Office for Forums and Senior Leadership Team

- For CEO's office in various industry forums (Nasscom etc.)/external and internal stakeholders

- Involvement in key organizational meetings basis need. Accountability for pending items and their follow up to the conclusion.

- Identifying and leading new initiatives which directly impact the top line or bottom line

- Ideate, create and present key business metricsat pre-defined frequency

- Collaborate with and influence senior leaders towards information and further business planning

- Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders

- Accountability to take meetings items to conclusion
