Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer - Consulting Firm (3-8 yrs)

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO for his routine and non routine Administrative and Technical work. This position will be responsible for compiling the details, working on strategic projects, preparing reports, coordination with the functional heads for getting the details and all the techno - administrative work required for the CEO.

Candidates from a Good B-school with strong experience as an Executive Assistant to Management are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

- Organising meetings, taking minutes during the sessions, maintain databases, capturing and following-up with tasks preparing and producing reports or presentations for CEO

- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing confidential correspondences, occasionally arranging complex and detailed international travel plans, itineraries, agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

- Communicates directly and on behalf of CEO, with Board members and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives, requirements.

- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
