Support Top Management in Business Planning / Business Analysis / Business Models / AOP / Commercial Approvals / Variance Analysis / Projections /Monitoring / Feasibility studies.

- Reviews and performance tracking.

- Market information, industry trends, competitor analysis.

- Preparation & Creation of dashboards for top management.

- Financial Analyses for all projects / plans to enable Management decision making.

- Revenue and retained revenue Analysis and projections for top management.

- Overall support on analysis to the Corporate Finance Function / Investor related queries. Analytical support to all key functional areas for designing their plans and policies.

- Monitoring the key performance parameters related to overall business.

- Assist in preparation of AOP (Annual Operating Plan). Variance and shortfall analyses along with the reasons presented to the management to enable discussions for corrective actions and way forward.

- Business plans for all new business company proposes to enter.

- Involvement into every aspect of business including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical, etc. to have full macro control on overall business health.

- Interaction and Co-ordination with all functional Heads/managers for Critical MIS.

- Monthly & Quarterly presentation all key performance indicators for the previous month and quarter and the way forward.
