Executive Assistant To Chairman - Pharma/Consulting Firm

Experience required: 2 to 4 years in Consulting / Pharma / Strategy space

Brief Description : An opportunity to work with the senior leadership to help turn around business in the domestic formulations space.

Requisites :

- Engineer/ MBA from top schools with 2-4 years of experience in handling strategic initiatives (at least one of the educational qualifications must be from IITs or IIMs)

- Strong Analytic, ability to work with people to gather information and formal/ structured presentation skills are a must.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

- Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels within the Company.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the business

- Excellent in Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in Pharmaceuticals sector and/ or Consulting will be an added advantage

Responsibility :

- Identifying key sectors and strategy to target with a detailed analysis of the business portfolio.

- Supporting senior management in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination.

- Formulation of Annual Business Plan taking key business drivers & market related assumptions into account

- Preparing Monthly MIS Report / Businesswise Performance Dashboard which includes Variance analysis for business plans vs actual numbers and ensure that its published to all stake holders as per agreed time lines and process

- Closely with key representatives from different functional teams to drive key initiatives assigned.
