Executive Assistant To Chairman - Pharma (10-20 yrs)
- Providing entire secretarial support and coordinating as well as screening incoming and outgoing communications on behalf Chief Executive officer.
- Attending meetings, taking down the minutes and reports of the meeting and ensuring timely submission of reports.
- Documenting administration procedures, processes, work instructions for all administration and facility upkeep functions, adapting the relevant corporate policies.

- Delivering eminently satisfactory quality of work with vigorous adherence to deadlines, ordering lunch, booking conference rooms, setting up projectors or video conferencing units.
- Driving engagement with cross-functional teams, scheduling meetings, arranging conference rooms, and liaising with multiple departments to achieve smooth office operations.
- Monitored teams on sales objectives and key performance indicators reviewed and tracked daily sales reports, prepared monthly sales summaries/reports with high accuracy.
