Executive Assistant To Chairman & MD (Ozone Group)
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development & Deployment. Assist the management in:
a. Developing vertical specific strategy with focus on creating value
b. Deploying the strategy and monitoring the progress and fine tune to achieve the objective
c. Identifying and evaluating new opportunities within the ongoing businesses or new businesses
d. Provide strategic and financial analysis on various components of the business
e. Developing MIS for monitoring and running the operations efficiently and effectively
2. Fund Raising & Relationship Management: Support the team in:
a. Preparing and presenting proposals to raise funds for various projects from Banks / FIs/Investors/ Funds
b. Completing the necessary due diligence and coordinating with various teams to achieve timely financial closure
c. Handling issues/queries/compliances post disbursement, if any
3. Continuous monitoring of all the group businesses, collating the management MIS from all relevant stakeholders, analyzing the information and providing inputs to improve efficiencies and drive performance.
4. Assist the CMD and Corporate Strategy team in all matters related to smooth operations of group's businesses.

MBA - Finance graduation BE/Btech, 5+ years experience as EA or working in Corporate Finance/ Strategy departments
