Executive Assistant To Chairman & MD - Pharma (10-12 yrs)
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic-minded Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chairman and the MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the activities, optimizing their time, and contributing to the strategic initiatives of the organization.
- Visionary Alignment: Collaborate closely with the MD and Chairman to align their activities with our overarching corporate vision. Proactively identify strategic opportunities that amplify our growth trajectory.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a strategic liaison between the MD and Chairman and key internal and external stakeholders. Nurture relationships that foster strategic partnerships and elevate our industry presence.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in driving the MD and Chairman's strategic planning efforts by conducting insightful research, gathering market intelligence, and identifying opportunities for strategic expansion.
- Impactful Communication: Craft and deliver impactful communications that articulate the MD and Chairman's vision and strategic direction. Tailor messages for various stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
- High-Impact Meetings: Lead the planning and execution of high-impact meetings, ensuring strategic discussions are focused, engaging the right stakeholders, and driving alignment with our growth agenda.
- Strategic Insights: Provide analytical insights to the MD and Chairman based on data-driven research, competitive analysis, and market trends. Contribute to identifying strategic growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Operational Optimization: Continuously optimize the MD and Chairman's schedules, emphasizing strategic priorities and activities that contribute to our long-term success.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and integrity while handling sensitive information critical to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 10 - 12 years of Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a role involving MD and Chairman support
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive impactful initiatives.
- Adaptability in navigating complex organizational landscapes.
- Adeptness in handling confidential information with professionalism.
