JOB LOCATION : FORT (MUMBAI) The Executive Assistant - Finance Strategy to the Chairman provides high-level administrative and strategic support with a specific focus on financial strategy and planning. This role is critical in supporting the Chairman's efforts to shape and execute financial strategies, manage key financial projects, and ensure the smooth operation of the Chairman's office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy Support: - Assist the Chairman in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and initiatives. - Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions. - Prepare and review financial reports and presentations for the Chairman, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. Executive Assistance: - Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with a focus on financial strategy priorities. - Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations related to financial strategy and performance. - Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, particularly on financial matters.
