Strategy Manager

Position: EA to CEO & Strategy Manager

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

1) Managing & driving CEO Office effectiveness.

2) Organizing & managing monthly/ quarterly business/ project reviews.

3) Long Term Projects - Planning, Implementation & Measurement in accordance with business needs and strategy. (Working Closely with Swaraj Function heads/ FES Strategy Team)

4) Driving Digital Strategy Initiatives - Digitization / MIS / Analytics across Swaraj Division.

5) Conduct market research & competition analysis, assess industry dynamics/trends & upcoming prospects and help in resolving business challenges.

6) Develop high-end presentations/ proposals for meetings with external & internal stakeholders

7) Prepare data and presentation for Monthly/ quarterly leadership reviews

8) Lead external/ internal communication and stakeholder management speeches/ presentations, dealer/customer meets, townhalls etc

9) Project Management, executive meetings support, developing & tracking and follow up mechanism and structures.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a reputed Institute (Tier 1) + B.Tech / B.E (Agriculture/Mechanical/Automobile) or commerce graduate.

Experience: 2-4 Years of experience in Automobile/Manufacturing/Farm/ Start-Ups / Growth oriented organization.

Critical Experience Tag :

- Prior exp of EA to CXO members preferred.

- Experience & understanding of business case presentation.
