Executive Assistant To CEO - Strategy - IIT

1. Manage a variety of special projects for the CEO

2. Provide information needed for effective decision making through research and benchmarking

3. Work cross-functionally to develop, execute, and analyse initiatives with key business partners 

4. Explore, plan and execute strategic partnerships with external entities 

5. Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy. 

6. Assessing market trends and competitors. 

7. Identifying threats and opportunities. 

8. Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions

What we need ?

1. 0-2 years Management Consulting experience or Growth-stage B2C start-up required (IIT Graduates only) 

2. Excellent organizational and leadership ability 

3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
