This role is to work closely with the Founder of a 20 year old (handmade and customised furniture brand). The company is now undergoing a transformation from a traditional retail bespoke furniture maker to an online format. This would necessitate in bringing in efficiency at all levels - vendors, internally, existing employees, processes etc.

We are looking for a smart motivated individual to be a part of this journey and work closely with the founders and be a part of the senior management team.

These are some of the salient features of the role.

1) Attend clients meetings and set expectations.

2) Work closely with all the internal and external stakeholders to bring in efficiency at all levels.

3) Automate some processes, restructure conventional way of doing things, think out-of-the-box.

4) Help move the business to an online and more modern method thus bringing in cost effectiveness.

5) Help the founder get organised by taking care of basic administrative tasks to help focus on bringing in new clients and introduce new business channels.

We are looking for a smart individual (MBA or any other post graduate), self motivated with a zest to grow the business.
