Position : EA to CEO (Programme Management)

Key Profile : To drive Programme Management agenda for CEO office.

Education : MBA from tier 1 B school. Batch- 2018, 2019,2020 passouts.

Candidate Background : Must have done a Sales Strategy Project / GTM Project / Route to Market Project in a Distribution Channel led business.

Client is 5 days work from office.

Gender Hiring : FEMALE

Key Skills:


Functional : Business Strategy, Sales Strategy, Programme Management, Business Reporting etc

Desire Exp : RTM, Sales Strategy, Go To Market, Sales Automation, Sales Transformation.

Brief on Role :

- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our sales and support processes. Work with Sales, Ecomm, and Supply Chain leaders in the organization.

- Partner with above mentioned functions to deliver ad-hoc reporting for CEO review.

- Drive Key Strategy and Process Programs, Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and use case, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.

- Deal with ambiguity while driving key strategic projects of business importance in collaboration with various functions.

- Work across key internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop process mechanism for CEO review that underpin category strategy and knowledge of the different markets at PAN India from business performance view.

- Effective execution of a few projects with complete and independent responsibility for the same.

- Continuously Monitor Strategy of the Division with respect to Competition and External Environment and make a recommendation towards refining strategy.

Business Reporting :

Analyze operational reports to support business planning & forecasting :

- Trade business.

- E-Commerce business.

- Competitor Analysis.

- Quarterly Analysis of Financial Results of Key Competitors.

- Drive operational excellence.

Qualifications :

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School.

- 2years of experience in strategy, management consulting, process improvement, process excellence, demand forecasting. Prior working in Sales function is an advantage.

- Deep understanding of direct consumer sales required.

- Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is desirable.

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

- Understanding of compliance or legal nuances for consumer sales.

- Experience coordinating with multiple business functions to develop new strategies and solutions.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Deep analytical experience.
