Reports to CEO & MD

Education: MBA (Full Time) from a premier B-School

Job Purpose :


- To provide analytical support to the CEO on strategic and operational issues to enable robust and speedy decision making.


- Support the CEO in tracking and follow up on execution of initiatives in specific business areas.

Job Challenges :


- Understanding dynamics of various business function areas company dynamics and a good mix of cross functional knowledge is required.


- Multi tasking across functions and initiatives, ability to collect, analyze and present data insights to various stakeholders.


- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of stakeholders (senior members of Business) and external partners.

Key Accountabilities

Business Performance Analysis :

- To provide analytical support to Business Leads in CEO's office on strategic and operational issues to enable robust and speedy decision making.


- Analysis of Business performance as per specified metrics.


- Develop effective reporting metrics and tools to assimilate and present the business performance reports periodically.


- Consolidate the performance reviews and present the same to Business Leads with key observations and appropriate recommendations. Highlight critical issues as necessary.

Strategic Management :

- Provide support and assistance to the CEO in developing and implementing new business strategies.

- Support research on strategic aspects of existing Businesses and aid New Business entry decisions.


- Evaluate business strategy and recommend actions as and when necessary.

Business Projects :

- Support business leads in tracking and follow up on execution of initiatives in specific businesses. Undertake implementation of Group Initiatives/Projects.


- Support Conceptualization and take assigned initiative to implementation.


- To work seamlessly with various stakeholders on implementation of the initiatives and be the primary point of contact on those initiatives.


- Monitor progress to ensure that initiatives are on track and provide regular updates outlining the progress.

- Providing market intelligence through competitor analysis & market research for internal benchmarking. Be well aware about business competition and competitors positioning in market.

- Monitoring on daily, weekly & monthly basis actual achievement versus plan, identify deviations & drive corrective actions to be taken for addressing deviations from plan

- Coordinate with Business Heads to obtain reports of business operations, functioning, profitability, revenue & cash flow

- Support CEO in preparing and/or delivering presentations, business reports, preparing proposals, budgets, business forecasts etc.

- Prepare various Business Communication / Industry submissions / Corporate Communication
