Executive Assistant to CEO (Manufacturing client)

- You will be responsible for driving initiatives and supporting the CEO in strategic planning activities as well as cross-functional projects.

- Design comprehensive trackers review mechanism and track key business initiatives

- Reviewing business/department performance on a periodic basis and presenting recommendations to the CEO, Implementation of CEO's directives across various businesses/departments.

- Assist CEO in drafting important document/reports/presentations

- Provide strategic support and data analysis in key functions to the CEO's Office.

- Organize and coordinate for senior management team meetings, strategy meets, travel, prepare presentations /other documents for internal communications, customer meetings and board meetings.

- Oversee new strategic business initiatives through successful execution in coordination with Team Heads and other team members

- Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

- Responsible for increasing the effectiveness of meetings via tracking of discussion points and actionable Dashboard, Analytics and insights:

- Analyse data it to deliver actionable insights and define key programs. Competition insights and latest updates on various matters

The ideal candidate :

- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required

- Ability to collaborate with and work with multiple stakeholders

- Process oriented and analytical mindset

- Excellent communication and project management skills

Qualification and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience with MBA

- Exposure to a dynamic growth environment particularly in Manufacturing would be an added advantage

- Experience in business operations and analytics
