SUMMARY: - This is a key role, to support the day-to-day work of the CEO, proactively look into data analytics to support decision making to ensure the smooth running of operations. This role will be in coordination with Sales, Finance, Marketing Team, Clients &amp; Associates. - A great learning experience for anyone looking at getting into leadership positions. JOB DESCRIPTION: - This is a pretty large portfolio so applicants working in a IT SERVCIES firm only need apply. - The applicant would be responsible for managing/organizing the CEO's schedule. - Excellent management skills, including the coordination of a complex blend of assignments. - Be responsible for interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of assignments. - Drafting letters and legal documents, Preparing Presentations. - Create, Review and Summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary. - Develop and carry out an efficient documentation system. - To assist in meetings and share them with the respected team - Maintaining confidentiality and keeping of legal requirements, governing and strategic documents, etc. DESIRED CANDIDATE: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
