Position:Executive Assistant to CEO Location:Bangalore Company: Internet Startup Job Description - 1. Work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on key strategic initiatives 2. Preparing trackers &amp; dashboards for the CEO's office 3. Provide ground level primary market insights to keep up with the competitor and industry practices 4. Vendor discovery, negotiation and finalization for assignments to achieve long-term association 5. Manage and conduct cross functional meetings and report the minutes. 6. Coordinate with CEO's office on the meetings as well as travel and giving business insights if and when required to enable an informed decision. 7. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office, internal departments and investors 8. Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CEO office - which includes the preparation and routing of reports, presentation decks, dashboards, etc. 9. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature - determine appropriate course of action 10. Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff Skills &amp; Qualifications: 1. MBA from Tier 1 institutes preferred but not mandatory 4-6 years of relevant work experience 2. Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion 3. Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including Senior Management and other staff 4. Strong analytical and presentation skills will be a plus 5. Ownership-driven and motivated to work in a high-paced organization 6.
