Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

This position is responsible for managing the CEO’s work flow such as to increase efficiency in his decision making process and enhance productivity

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely, data-backed analysis for use by the CEO in his discussions

- Identifying data sources and gathering data

- Sorting and analyzing data

- Recording data and its analysis

- Monitor and follow up all ‘action items’ emerging from the various discussions of the CEO with his reports

- Drive governance with consistency and clarity

- Balance multiple priorities while ensuring timelines are adhered to

- Ensure closure on all specifics and projects by taking end-to-end accountability and ownership

- Design, adapt and implement systems / processes to streamline functioning of the CEO’s office and ensure
timely availability of information / data.

- Manage and prioritize related internal and external correspondence

- Aligning CEOs schedule with key business priorities

- Drive or monitor key business projects

Desired Profile:

- 2-5 years of experience in a top tier consulting or line management role

- Preferably in sales & marketing or a commercial rather than pure engineering

- Willing to consider a long-term career with the organization

(1-3 year stint as EA followed by a line role)
