- Work with the business and function teams to develop the strategic elements of the Annual Operating Plan - Develop the business-specific strategic outlook and status updates on ongoing projects and initiatives for the quarterly board meetings - For the identified key corporate initiatives to be undertaken in the year: - Participate as a member of the PMO - Attend all project steering committee meetings - Track project progress against agreed scope, approach, timelines, key milestone & success metrics - Proactively highlight potential risk / challenges and recommend steps to debottleneck them - Ensure overall adherence to project plan - Budget & Headcount - Plan v/s actual, Reconciliation including attrition, bench, demographics, etc. - Management reports for review and oversight including analysis for key metrics - Work across CEO function to drive optimization and transformation across organization, operations, people and processes - Track key developments and trends in the industry and publish periodic internal reports on the same - Engage with consultants banks and other entities within the financial services ecosystem to identify innovations, trends and best practices for replication - Attend industry seminars, forums and conferences to develop networks within the industry - Track financial performance, guidance and key events for peer companies for each of the Organisation's businesses and publish periodic internal reports on the same Candidate Profile - Qualification: Pharmacy degree + MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-school). - Years of experience: 5 - 7 years post MBA. - Candidate should have worked on corporate strategy and M&A projects. - Strong exposure to financial and commercial due diligence. - Has directly worked on corporate and investor presentations. - Hands on experience in financial modelling and valuation. - Good stakeholder management skills.
