Executive Assistant To CEO - Business Planning & Corporate Strategy - Home Finance (4-10 yrs)

Spearhead the strategy in relation to multiple business projects along with successful implementation, monitoring and execution of the same with an aim to fast forward the next leap of growth of the organisation.


- Conceptualize and build strategies in line with the short and long term vision of the organization

- Work closely with the stakeholders to implement short and long term goals

- Enabler in preparation and course correction for goals

- Assist the MD & CEO in seeking solutions to various business dilemmas

- Manage implementation of various projects/activities/new business venture from MD & CEO's office

- Understand the external and internal environment and highlight risks, delays, and opportunities of projects undertaken

- Design and prepare reports pertaining to new business initiatives, business plans, competitor benchmarking, etc.

- Analyze data from available Industry reports, public information field reports or purchased data to facilitate decision making

- Assist the MD & CEO in various administrative tasks including managing confidential plans and reviews


- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Creative, design and strategic thinking skills

- Execution with persistent focus on excellence

- Highly proactive approach with strong networking and problem solving skills

- Good understanding of P&L, financial statements and Microsoft office


- Experience - At least 4+ years' experience as working in a role of Executive Assistant/ Executive Assistant Office/Business Planning/PMO with MD/Chairman/CEO/Board

- Should have experience in the mortgage space

- Education - CA or Full time MBA from Premier Institute

- Location - Mumbai

- Travelling - frequently along with the MD CEO
