Executive Assistant To CEO - BFSI - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Role:

- Work closely with the CEO and Business leader on strategic, business management and operational initiatives

- Track market developments, trends on players, regulatory developments and develop incisive analysis of opportunities and gaps

- Ensure effective time management for the business leader through advance planning

- Generate regular planning and MIS reports to help the business leader track key metrics

- Help identify opportunities across product suite, quality, market opportunities, potential acquisitions and assist the leader in drawing up plans to address these

- Be part of key project(s) towards planning or implementing strategic initiative and ensure effective monitoring and progress

- Partner with various business and corporate teams for delivering on key assignments

- Implement key corporate initiatives within the assigned business vertical

To gain exposure to organizational priorities and general management issues. The exposure will broadly cover the below areas:

- Business Analysis and Strategy

- Business Audit

- Business Operational efficiencies

- Quarterly Results & Annual Report

- Business Operational efficiency

- Stakeholder Management

- Will also gain a first-hand exposure to the thinking and the experience of closely working with extremely successful and motivated people across senior management

- Would be exposed to a culture focusing on meritocracy and independence in applying new ideas

Candidate Profile:

- Exceptionally strong financial and analytical skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task and efficiently work under tight timelines

- Ability to extract key themes and insights and present it effectively

- Ability to analyze from holistic lens keeping market and customer dynamics in mind

- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact with leadership team

Essential Qualifications:

- CA or MBA from a premium Institute, 5-8 years of relevant work experience in banking/consulting/strategy
