Job Description

1) Tracing market trends and performing gap analysis for the firm

2) Suggesting new initiatives to be taken by business to improve revenues

3) Tracking business P&L on a monthly basis and providing corrective actions

4) Performing Analytics on the performance of the sales team

5) Identifying the performers in the bucket of top, middle and bottom and suggesting methods to raise the performance of each

6) Making presentations for the board meetings, review meetings detailing business updates

7) Making reports/presentations for other events related to the business like analyst presentations,annual reports excerpts etc.
