Manage CEO's office

Managing meetings, calendar, communication, liaising, MIS and Reporting.

Business Planning:

- Business Analysis and presentation

- Facilitate the business planning cycle for various businesses

- Define frameworks for performance evaluation

- Measure and track performance using various matrices.

Strategy Review & Formulation:

- Lead review and formulation of business strategies as per the vision, mission and core values

- Be an in-house strategy consultant to not only help define the strategic direction but also bring execution rhythm and excellence across the organization.

- Champion the use of strategic tools: scenario planning, portfolio optimization, stress test, etc.

Strategic Projects & Project Management

- Lead special projects and initiatives.

- Create pitch decks, presentations, and models with and on behalf of the CEO.

- Act as the main liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure action items from meetings are implemented.

- Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces to deliver them on time.

- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

- Drive high performance by developing deeper relationships with the team.

- Ability to juggle many projects at once.

- Skills with quickly analyzing data and drawing insights.
